Ordering
It is the customer’s responsibility to read the descriptions and ordering instructions by clicking on the specific product page outlining the important details, delivery times, special instructions and policy prior to ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility, and not of Drunk-Zone Inc., to proof the requested personalization entered into the custom text boxes since it will be spelled exactly as it is typed into the text box. If the custom text boxes are left blank it will be assumed that the customer requests that there be no personalization added. It is the customer’s responsibility, and not that of Drunk-Zone Inc., to proof their shopping cart prior to finalization. Due to the products being custom ordered, once the shopping cart is finalized all sales are final – cancellations, changes, returns, swaps or refunds will not be accepted for any reason. Duplicate ordering is not the responsibility of Drunk-Zone Inc.
 
Coupons and Price Adjustments
No discounts or coupons will be accepted or applied unless there is a special promotion code provided by individual program associated with the specific team store and pre-approved by Thompson Sporting Goods. If such a code is authorized it is the customer’s responsibility to enter it prior to finalizing the shopping cart; special discount codes will not be applied to orders previously submitted. Price adjustments will not be accepted or granted. Special promotional codes will only be issued through your team’s program director/contact.
